Frequently asked questions
How do I log a meal?
On the Home screen, tap "Log" next to any meal slot. You can describe your meal in plain language, use voice, or snap a photo — MunchEase estimates the calories and macros for you.
What's included in MunchEase Pro?
Pro unlocks the Weekly Menu Planner, AI Recipe Finder, Menu Scanner, nutrition-label Scan, and Smart Shopping Sync. You can subscribe monthly or annually from the paywall in the app (Profile → Settings → Upgrade to MunchEase Pro, or by tapping any Pro feature).
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → MunchEase, or go to Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current period.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you've subscribed before (for example, on another device), tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall or in Profile → Settings.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also export your data first from Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data → Export My Data.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your health or nutrition data for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
